Shipping Overview
All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse. Once we receive your order, we print a shipping label, and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking information after the label is printed.
- Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, with exceptions on some holidays.
- Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcement tab of our site.
- Typically, orders are shipped the same day or the next business day from our warehouse and dropped off at a USPS or FedEx facility.
Shipping Times
- USPS: 2-3 days within the continental US
- FedEx: 2-3 days within the continental US
- During holidays or high-demand periods, shipping may take a few extra days.
- International shipping varies by location.
Packaging
- All orders are shipped in a discreet and generic bubble wrap envelope.
- Larger orders may use boxes for extra protection.
- Some delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
Tracking
- Receiving tracking info means the label has been created, and your package will be picked up by USPS or FedEx the same day or next day.
- Sometimes carriers delay updating tracking info, but your package is already in transit.

- Please be patient; we are a small business doing our best to pack and ship orders properly.
- Shipping speed of USPS and FedEx is beyond our control.
